We had the privilege to be invited to give a lecture about “Making agile methodologies work in reality” at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, The primary engineering school in Sweden.
We demonstrated a case study from our successful implementation of enterprise agility at Ford Motor Company, and the lecture was very well received & appreciated with generally high score evaluations as a result.
This again demonstrates for us the immense interest for agile approaches, and not only implementation on small scale basis, but also on large scale program initiatives and making it work across the enterprise.
It is encouraging to see that these thoughts and approaches are embraced already in engineering schools, something that bodes well for the future of agility.
